Our HomecAir Villavent Heat Recovery Ventilation and Central Vacuum Systems have now been running in our New Build for over a year. Both systems have been performing extremely well with no issues. The Heat Recovery System is a complete necessity, working in combination with our Air Source Heat Pump , in providing an overall low cost Under Floor Heating System.
From the initial conversation with Homecare Systems, taking their advice in key aspects during the design stage, we found that nothing was too large a challenge for them. Also during the installation, their team of fitters blended with other subcontractors on site resulting in a seamless job being completed to a very high standard.
Overall, their level of service , dedication and professionalism, would result in us having no problem recommending Homecare Systems to others who would be thinking of installing the Heat Recovery and Central Vacuum Systems.

We were glad we choose HomecAir to provide our Ventilation and Vacuum Systems.
They were professional and diligent in their approach and were able to advise on the most efficient installation of the Ventilation Unit
All is performing as we had expected and we are especially pleased with the air quality and even temperature throughout our home.

We looked at several companies to supply our MVHR and vacuum systems while at the planning stage for our new build home. We found HomecAir provided the best overall package, from advice and planning and detailed discussion of our needs to a site visit at one of their current installations. We were convinced that we had chosen the right company.
Their team of fitters was excellent and worked well with other trades on site, and accommodated any last minute modifications as work progressed.
When commissioned the system proved to be very effective and it keeps all areas fresh and comfortable. Any minor queries have been attended to immediately with a home visit where necessary.
We are happy with the system and with our choice of HomecAir and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Client Tom Wilson was planning to renovate a small town house for downsizing from his comparatively large detached semi-rural dwelling in the Magherafelt area. Tom had extensive trade experience and recognised the constant evolution within construction. Early in the discussions with Tom the Homecare engineer explained how the system would perform and what could be expected from the MVHR system. One barrier the client had was that he had been advised by another source that his house was too small for MVHR. Homecare openly discussed with the client the merit of this statement. It was discussed how a property of a smaller volume would likely see a faster deterioration in air quality than that of a larger property. So MVHR was critical in maintaining a healthy environment and heat retention inside this renovated town house.
“I have forty years of trade experience. I was very impressed with the straight talking technical approach from Homecare Systems. I was even more impressed with their professional attitude on site during installation and throughout the process.”
Client Michael Quinn from Armagh contacted Homecare Systems back in February 2012. The client had seen the company’s advertisement in a local self build magazine. The client was preparing to build a large one off home (circa 600m2) that he wanted to be as healthy and as efficient as possible. Coming from a family of asthmatics a healthy home was high on the agenda. Homecare Systems was able to talk the client through all aspects of what he could expect and how to achieve the best performing MVHR for his home. The allergy approved filtration was of huge interest to the client as an added confidence about the level of air quality that could be achieved.
“My day job is computer programming so I had to put a lot of trust into the recommendations of people I knew and the engineers I employed to achieve the home I wanted. As it happened, after initially contacting Homecare Systems because of their advert I found that they also were highly recommended through a number of sources I trusted for advice. They clearly demonstrated what they would do for my home and how the optimum MVHR system could be achieved. Every step in the process was made easy by a very experienced and dedicated sales, design and installation team.”
Edward Johnson contacted Homecare Systems to help advise about an existing MVHR system he had installed in his home in 2007. The client contacted Homecare Systems due to strong recommendation from a relative, who had not heard of Homecare back when Edward was constructing his home. The company who had installed the initial system had since ceased trading. The client felt that the air flow to the ground floor of his (circa 260m2) was poor. The client was keen to have Homecare Systems assess his current system and advise on what action, if any, was needed.
Homecare Systems inspected and tested the system. Indeed the airflow as suspected by the client was very poor. The unit was also found to be undersized by the standards Homecare Systems would advise. Homecare Systems explained that they could improve the ducting system in the roof space significantly and this would have a proportionate effect on the ground floor. The option was also taken by the client to install a new unit sized to the best practice capacity.
“Homecare Systems were able to make a huge improvement to my home. The original MVHR system I had installed was really disappointing to say the least. I found Homecare Systems to be very focused on delivering the best they could for me. I’ve been recommending them since.”
Just a little note to say how pleased we have been with the Villavent system you installed for us recently.Your company is worthy of praise for the professional manner in which the entire process was carried through.
Great care was taken to make sure that we understood the system, what it would do and how it should be used. I was also impressed with the extent of the work carried out in order to design the installation both from plans and site survey.
The team who came to install were meticulous in how they carried out their work, and co-operating with the other trades on the site. Every part of the installation was carried out on schedule with no delays.
At commissioning everything was explained to us and follow up communication was great ensuring that we were getting the best out of the system.
Very pleased overall and I have heard similar comments from other customers.
Great system guys, it works well we couldn’t have an airtight house without it. We are glad we chose the Villavent system from yourselves, there is a lot more to the system than we initially thought and we realise now how important it is to be professionally advised through the purchase, installation and commissioning process.
